Dave has been in the engineering field since 1972, specializing in aquatic planning and design. Dave has evaluated, planned, and designed hundreds of facilities throughout the United States. He is known for his passion, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate with clients regarding project concerns. Dave works well with communities of all sizes. He consistently demonstrates the ability to tailor services to meet the goals and expectations for small communities and large metropolitan areas. Dave's capabilities and manner of applying aquatic design services make him a highly sought-after and referred consultant. Dave has developed a reputation of not only caring about his clients, but also caring about the aquatic industry. He is currently serving on a technical committee for the newly developed Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC), which is an effort to develop a national standard for the design and operation of aquatic facilities.

Jeff takes great pride in directing all aspects of planning, design, construction administration, and operator training of aquatic facilities. He is dedicated to designing facilities to meet each project's goals. His extensive technical knowledge of water modeling and design are a product of post-graduate studies at the University of Kansas. During this time, Jeff conducted extensive research studies in water flow modeling and even taught a lab for water resource design to undergraduate students. Jeff's research and project experience has provided him the tools to understand the technical design aspects, as well as the planning issues involved with the unique challenges of creating exceptional aquatic facilities.
